Next Event - 7th December 2009 – Beat Flu with Home Remedies

Tim Moorhouse, Medical Herbalist who recently appeared on BBC1’s Countryfile, will be demonstrating how to make simple herbal remedies that can help treat this winter’s colds and flu’s. Using ingredients easily available he will be showing how you can make alternatives to over the counter medicines to treat yourself and your family.

All the remedies are based on traditional recipes and include Thyme & Onion Cough Syrup, Sage Vinegar and Slippery Elm Lozenges.
