You should be highly motivated, standards driven, dynamic, forward thinking, pro-active, hands on, with a TRUE passion to the industry.

A knowledge of day-to-day business and communication between all departments is essential and one that the Duty Manager must co-ordinate offering suggestions to constantly improve the business.

You should be charismatic, leasing with guests & staff alike. Ensuring visible presence at all times.

The ideal candidate must be flexible, ‘chameleon’ assisting & adapting. S/he must possess excellent man-management skills co-coordinating large volumes of people, and able to deploy staff appropriately, making swift decions along the way in a very challenging environment.

To be considered for this position you MUST have previous experience in a high volume hotel in a similar capacity.
