~Location of the villa~

The villa is situated on a development of private homes with a secure gated entrance to the community. Sunset Ridge is located just off US 27, within half a mile of the junction with the I-4 which gives quick and easy access to all of Orlando’s attractions. By car you will be at the gates of Disney in less than fifteen minutes. SeaWorld and Universal Studios are just a few more minutes away.
We are only 40 minutes drive from the nearest beach - both East and West coast beaches are approximately the same distance away.
