My client is a major Insolvency provider in Manchester currently recruiting for a Supervisory Reviewer. This rewarding role will offer the successful incumbent the opportunity to further their experience in a Team Leader / Senior role.

Duties will include:

Review

To review variations and annual reports to ensure they are accurate and correct, before they are sent to the relevant parties.
To ensure variation drafters and annual reporters adhere to the process.
To provide feedback to team managers on draft quality and other issues arising from the reviews

Coaching & Development

To provide coaching and development support to variation drafters and annual reports, to improve performance and draft quality.
To provide support to the technical training of account managers.

Technical Queries

To provide technical support to all staff on the floor.
To respond to technical queries from debtors and creditors
To recognise when a decision needs to be made by a senior colleague and refer the query to them.
To cascade technical knowledge and developments to the floor.
Other Responsibilities:

To provide team management support to Supervisory Technical Manager.
