We are a national training provider funded to deliver apprenticeships to 16-18 year olds across the North West.

We're currently seeking a Development Officer to join our North West team, who's primary function will be to find job vacancies for young people wishing to go on to an apprenticeship in Administration and Customer Service. In addition, you will complete funded paperwork, interview young people before referring them to the employer and provide assistance to the young people in the work place.

You will have a clean driving licence and your own car and ideally have at least 2 years experience within Administration and Customer Service.

In return, we will:
* Pay a basic salary of £16k pa, with bonuses for each new vacancy you find/young people you find in work not undergoing training
* Supply a mobile phone; laptop; printer; 3G Internet Card.
* Train you to become a qualified NVQ Assessor

As an outgoing, confident person who is excellent at dealing with customers, you will have a fantastic opportunity to develop yourself within the Work Based Learning sector with an IIP and Ofsted accredited training company.
