Hi My and my partner (22) are looking for a 1 or 2 bed flat or house for rent in Burnley. We are looking for somewhere that is newly done up in a nice condition and close to the town centre.

At a push we have upto £400pcm, but only if its in a very nice condition. We are open to flat or house and a little bit of outside space would be nice or close to outside space/parks.

We are both working full time (I have a dance school & he is an office worker)
