Swap 3 Bed Semi Rural in Cumbria For 2 or 3 Bed in South Manchester
I am looking to move to Manchester to be near my family and I'm looking for an exchange.
I have a lovely 3 bed semi in semi-rural Brampton Market Town. The house is within walking distance to all local amenities including 2 very good schools.
Countryside all around, but still only 9 miles from Carlisle to enjoy the busy times.
The house consists of 3 bedrooms (2 of which are double and a box room), bathroom with electric shower over the bath.
Downstairs WC leading to medium sized living area with flame effect gas fire. Kitchen is large enough for a table and chairs. I have an extended utility room which is windowed right around, where my washing machine etc is stored.
Huge rear garden with big allotment at the end. With the right TLC this could be a beautiful home.
I need to be near my family in South Manchester which forces the move.
