Large, square room with double bed and wooden floors in a big, big house on College Road. All odd cons (jacuzzi?!, conservatory, HUGE kitchen with breakfast bar, garden).

You'll be sharing with four other 'professionals': designer, solicitor, IT-type and web editor. We're a decent happy bunch, I reckon: like a chinwag, giggle and finding fun but always respectful of each other's space.

The house is really close to the 46/7 85 and 86 bus routes into town and it's a 15 minute stroll to Chorlton. A Netto's really close (if you're that way inclined) and there are some Indian shops too.

Bills come to an extra £60PCM or so and we've got broadband and stuff.
