This is an exciting challenge with the best venue in Manchester in terms of design, drinks, food, innovation, clientele and service. The ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, customer service orientated individuals, with an immaculate presentation and a winning smile.

Applicants must be able to speak English fluently with a charismatic and smiley personality. Candidates must be able to deal with guests at all levels including quick problem solving with the customer, together with an eye for detail and the ability to work well within a team. You must posses the confidence to up sell drink on the menu by effective and professional conversation with the customer.

You must be able to quickly learn and demonstrate drink and wine knowledge, as well as a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service by going the extra mile and providing guests with the best in customer service. Passion to achieve this is essential.
