We live in a really lovely 5 bedroomed house in Chorlton, South Manchester close to the main bus route and all the central amenities. 2 of us will be away travelling in Europe from the start of August until the end of October and need people to rent our rooms for that period. There can be some flexibility on the dates if required.

Both rooms are fully furnished double rooms. One is quite alot larger than the other but both are nice. They are available individually or together.

The rent INCLUDING BILLS is £300 per month for the largest room and £280 for the other one

All house mates are very friendly and usually work during the week. We are all vegetarian and would be looking for vegetarian house mates. At the moment we live semi communally, that is, we do a communal food shop(because its easier and cheaper) and often have meals together although this is very flexible.
