2 single rooms ( 60£ pw ) and 1 large double ( 70£ pw ) are available in a 5 bedshared quiet houseshare avaible asap.

House is very clean, with all the facilities available. Also rooms are tidy, spacious and are fully furnished.

House has telly, cable, phone, broadband, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, two bathrooms , central heating and off road parking.
House is located at a safe area, just off egerton road in a great location near to bus stops and few minutes from centre of fallowfield. Bills not included but devided by 5 are pretty cheap.

I'm 26 female, straight and am easygoing and friendly.
