This is a modern, spacious one bedroom in Mackintosh Village, a gated development near Oxford Road.

The flat is ideal for people who need to be in Manchester City Centre for business or for a holiday, allowing you to have privacy, space and the other advantages a self catering flat offers.

The BBC, Manchester University, the Palace Theatres and Opera House and nightlife just around the corner. You can walk to Chinatown, Deansgate or the business district in a few minutes. You can reach other central Manchester locations in a few minutes walk too. Alternatively, you can go round the corner to Oxford Road Station, and take a train to Piccadilly or catch the free metro service that takes you around the city centre (and a number of regular buses)


The living space is light, airy and open plan, with a wood floor. The modern built-in kitchen has integrated appliances including a dishwasher and a washer/dryer, oven hob and extractor, and a fridge freezer. The bathroom is modern, with mosaic tiles and cherry panelling. Linen can be provided if required. The flat is fully furnished with a double bed, fitted wardrobe, sofa, dining table and chairs and a TV. There is a iron and ironing board, toaster, microwave kettle, and cooking utensils. There is also Broadband and Wifi.


Parking is not included, but if you need parking, it may be possible for you to rent a parking space very nearby.

Charges for 1 or 2 people:
1-2 weeks, £350 per week inclusive
2-4 weeks £320 per week inclusive
Shorter stays are charged at £75 per night, minimum 3 nights.
We maike reductions for longer stays and stays of 6 weeks or more are charged at £230 per week + bills.
