CHEF…CENTRAL MANCHESTER…£18,000 +....Chef required for this modern/ funky Cafe/ Bar in central Manchester, Working with fresh produce you will have the ability to work alone and produce excellent quality meals for a vast range of clientele.
JOB DESCRIPTION
*11AM-7PM 6 days per week
*You will have overall control of the kitchen and for the menu planning and ordering.
*Dealing with suppliers
*Managing the budget
*Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced in the kitchen
*Making sure the kitchen works within relevant hygiene, health and safety guidelines.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
The successful candidate will have the ability to prepare foods to a high standard, be able to work on their own initiative, be able to work all sections of the kitchen, you will be experienced with inventory control, stock rotation, purchasing, Menu development, and costing. You will have the relevant qualifications required for this position.
