The house currently has one girl living in it and two other rooms will be available from 1 August. Two more GIRLS needed!

The house is very spacious with a cosy living room, large back garden, driveway and decent-sized kitchen. The bathroom and hallway have just been redecorated. There is a spare room (the box room) which is handy for storage and if friends come to visit.

Give me a call / email to come and see the house. It's actually on Parrs Wood Road (the map is wrong?!) It's just next to two corner shops and and really good chinese/chippy!

There is a bus stop right outside the house and the more frequent ones are the 50 (5 mins walk) and the 42/142 (10 mins walk).

Council tax is £35/month each and bills around £15/month each.
