Bar Manager required for prestigious hotel in Stockport.

Our client are a prestigious chain of hotels across the UK who are now looking to recruit an experienced Bar Manager to work within their recently renovated hotel based in the outskirts of Stockport.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and ensuring the smooth running of the bar and function bars to ensure standards are maintained and excellent service is given to clients at all times.

The role involves taking responsibility for ensuring that all beverage within the hotel is delivered with personality. You will be required to ensure that all guest expectations are met during the bar experience and providing amazing hospitality to our guests. As part of the role you will be responsible for motivating the team, communicating with the restaurant, kitchen and other departments, managing the bar ensuring all standards are met with attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will be organised, an excellent communicator, a hands on manager who has excellent attention to detail. Experience of working in a similar quality bar is requires and a knowledge of wine and beverage is an advantage.
