The flat is in good condition and if you look in Shepherd Gilmour majority others are for sale for 95+.

The reason for sale is my main residence is in Lytham now so its a 2 hour round trip to do viewings , maintenance etc.

I would consider a part exchange on Flyde coast or. Manchester if not a flat as I am longing for a long term rental property and possible south west/wales.
