PRO-FORM 550hr CROSS TRAINER

My cross trainer is for sale as I now unforunately need the space so it has to go!

It has been lightly used only on days when I couldn't get to the gym. Pro-Form are a high quality fitness equipment brand often used in gyms. This is not the usual cheap Argos-type home fitness equipment but a quality piece of kit!

This cross trainer cost me over £350 when new and is still in excellent condition. It will give it's new owner years of reliable service I'm sure!

There are a variety of programs that can allow you to tailor your training to your heart rate or a specific workout programme.
