A lovely room to rent in a very handy location. By bike, you are 10 minutes from Uni, from town and from fallowfield. We are 2 minutes walk from Venus Foods supermarket (great for turkish bread and feta...yum!) and close to Birchfields park for those of you who enjoy running and the likes.

The house: It's a 5 bedroom house, cosy lounge and spacious kitchen, one bathroom with a bath and good shower (aka there is always power and hot water!), there is a large hallway with space for bikes if you have one and a large garden with picnic bench and vegetable plot. We also have a washing machine, gas oven and a brand new fridge.

The Room: Spacious 2nd floor room with a back facing window looking out into garden. Double Bed, wardrobe, bedside table & drawers, shelves and armchair.

My housemates are wonderful people, always good company and have an array of talents that I simply couldn't fit in a gumtree ad. Oh and there's Elvis the cat, though she may be leaving in January with another housemate...but there'll be another room free then if you're looking with a mate. I am going away for a ski season in December which is the only reason I would leave this house and we're looking for someone like-minded to join the fun.

Rolling contract so you're not obliged to sign on for a year or anything like that.
