We require a large team to staff our bars at the Radiohead event at the Lancashire County Cricket Ground and the V Festival!

To work with Flair we do require you to attend an interview, we still prefer the personal touch. We are holding interviews on Wednesday 18th June at Manchester Met Uni.

We do require you to book in for an interview slot however; we are down at the Isle of White Festival all this week and understand you may experience difficulty contacting us by phone. We are therefore offering an alternative to book your interview.

You can email us quoting the reference - Manchester Interviews - in the subject box. Include your name, telephone number and your preferred interview time. Interviews will last 30 minutes and will commence on the hour and half hour between 11am - 4pm. Alternatively you can battle with our phones, we are always here to speak to you! Tel: 07772689346

Proof of ID EITHER: Passport OR UK Birth Certificate with NI evidence

Know your NI Number

Passport size photo.

Please note it is illegal to employ anyone without valid working visa – so if you need a working visa and don’t have one – don’t come!

V Festival Staffordshire 15th - 17th August

REM 24th August



If you are unable to make the interview day please email back a 1 page CV, attach a photo and list the events you want to work. Put in the subject box “ Manchester telephone interview”. We do give preference to those who attend our interview days over CV’s sent through but don’t lose hope as the last few years we have brought through small numbers of people from CV’s . Telephone interviews will only be done the week of the event if we need additional staff to join the team.
