Experienced Business/ Customer Service Advisors are required to join one of the North West's leading Financial Management organisations as Creditor Liaison Officers.

My client are a progressive and fast expanding company in the Financial Management industry that is actively looking to recruit self motivated, enthusiastic individuals to enhance their dynamic Creditor Liaison team in Trafford.

You will be responsible for;
*Contacting Creditors with a view to actively maintain and improve on the current relationship with the creditors
*Ensuring the service remains efficient and that information is provided accurately
*Negotiating reduced settlement arrangements on behalf of the customers; taking in consideration the client's financial circumstances and
*Arranging payment plans that are advantageous to the client and the company

We are seeking applicants who have gained experience of working within customer services, ideally with some form of negotiation skills, applicants who have business to business sales, would also be suitable, however this not essential. Excellent communication skills are a must along with a proven ability to work to targets and deadlines and maintain a possible rapport with applicants.

£13000-15,000 per annum
