There are also laundry facilities available and a small sitting out area at the back for when the sun shines! There is wireless broadband internet available which is included in the rent. The house is situated on a quiet street with a park nearby and it is about 5 minutes walk from the bus stop. The City centre and University is approximately 1.5 miles away and Chorlton is about 10 minutes away on foot. The room is available from July 1st and would suit either a Mature Student or Professional person (female preferred), who would perhaps like the room short term, say between 3-6 months (negotiable). Gas, electricity, water and council tax bills are all included in the weekly rent of £85.00. One month's deposit would be required.
