So you’ll need confidence and keen listening skills if you’re to spot additional sales opportunities.
On top of all that you’ll need excellent written and verbal communication skills and really good PC skills including a keen interest in using the Internet and websites to find information. You should also have the resilience to stay calm and focused at the busiest times and the outgoing nature to build solid working relationships with your colleagues to maintain our supportive and helpful culture
