Looking for Gym Buddy to Train at Cheadle Village Hotell Gym
Female in her mid thirties looking for either one other to motivate each other to lose weight and get fit, or someone who is willing to use me as their guinea pig for free personal trainer sessions (well, if you don't ask you don't get ;-))
Must want to go very early in the morning (6.30am) or late evening (after 7pm) and do a 1 hour session.
I am a member of The Village Hotel health club in Cheadle and would like to either stay here for at least another few months. I am by no means very fit so don't worry if you havn't been to the gym for about 6 months or more, because I haven't! I prefer to do the cross trainer, bike and treadmill and weights but I'm also happy to do some classes too.
What's important is that you're dedicated to getting fit and losing weight fast!
