Summary
Our client, an established Microsoft Gold partner and leading provider of ERP Solutions in the UK is looking to hire motivated, professional telemarketing people.
With solid growth prospects, a fantastic product and a dedicated, able workforce the company is looking to build on its success by expanding its current sales team with three new hires. The company culture creates a fun, but professional working environment with the support to manage your daily tasks and hit those all important targets generating good commission on top of one of the market leading base salaries for this type of role in the area.
The Role
You will be responsible for securing quality leads for field Sales Consultants from an established database of key accounts and contacts. You will be given your own accounts to work on and need to establish regular contact to ensure you are aware of any changes in a company’s circumstances and requirements, often building up relationships quickly in order to place the company at the forefront of the buyer’s mind from day one.
Main Duties
• Personal daily outbound cold calling (no script, no dialler)
• Maintain accuracy of database through consistent cleansing and adding market data
• Follow up direct mail campaigns as designated by the Marketing Manager
• Achieving personal targets and working to deadlines
• Scheduling own call backs on the CRM system
Skills
• To use proven techniques to identify contacts and make contact within target companies
• To develop relationships with key decision makers
• To clearly understand known needs
• To be self motivated and professional at all times
• To be able to clearly articulate the company offering and benefits, and thereby effectively delivering the company message in our own words
• To develop relations with salesmen to continually improve the quality of leads
• To identify and pursue alternative telemarketing strategies
Knowledge and Attitude
Ideally you will have solid experience of working in a professional B2B Telemarketing environment with good knowledge of working with sales databases (CRM applications). Possess some knowledge or at least interest in selling IT systems.

Salary and Benefits
£16K-18k basic, OTE £22-24k Uncapped + excellent benefits (including private health care, bonus scheme, 22 days holiday plus UK National Bank Holidays, onsite parking.
