Hollin Hall is The first hotel within the newly created "Clayton Hotel Collection" with other properties aquired and ready for conversion in to luxuary Hotels.
We have now commenced our £2 Million refurbishment programme which will see Hollin Hall as the premier 4* deluxe Country House hotel in Cheshire.
Hollin Hall Consists of 58 Bedrooms and suits, 3 Private Dining rooms for up to 160 Guests and the Orangery Restaurant seating up tp 70 for Dinner.
As Conference ,Banqueting and Bars Manager you will need to have a traceable background within first class establishments as you will be required to drive the services provided and standard of operation forward.
This beautiful Hotel needs a strong and professional individual to manage the day to day events within all areas of the Conference, banqueting and Bars.
You will need to have a methodical and forward thinking approach, have first class organisation skills with an excellent customer focus which enables you to converse with people on all levels.
As Conference,Banqueting and Bars Manager you will need to be experienced in dealing with conferences/functions ranging from 8 to 200 You will need to be able to lead staff by example, have a hands on approach, be able to delegate whilst keeping calm under pressure. Experience in managing large functions would be an ideal advantage.
