Receptionist and Administration Assistant
Location: Manchester
Salary: 12,000 - 14,000 GBP Per Year
To ensure that incoming calls and visitors are dealt with professionally and as efficiently as possible at all times and to provide secretarial/administrative support to the firm and its departments as required.
Knowledge and Experience:
* Previous experience of working with a reception area desirable.
* Experience of dealing with difficult callers.
* Previous secretarial experience preferably within a legal environment, but not required.
* Good working Knowledge of MS Office suite.
Personal Qualities:
* Excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
* Ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills at all levels.
* Professional outlook at all times.
* Ability to prioritise and work effectively under pressure.
