Job Purpose/Summary:
As a Resourcing Business Partner you will be dedicated on-site at one of our biggest clients in the North West....
As a Resourcing Business Partner your role is about anticipating requirements to ensure that the talent attraction team can deliver high quality recruits in the most cost and time effective manner, you will have full responsibility for managing the recruitment cycle on behalf of the client and act as the focal and liaison point for the talent attraction team.
* You will be a subject matter expert in recruiting for your business division/function.
* You will be the "oracle". You will develop an in-depth understanding of what is happening in your business.
* You will have a deep seated knowledge of the client.
* You will plan resourcing initiatives and link existing activities directly to business benefit.
* You will be an expert at seeking information about the client and job families.
* You will drive your own success through your ability to understand the client needs, desires and wishes which will enable you to craft a solution that best fits the customer expectations.
* In short you will identify the recruitment challenges faced by your client and provide a solution in the most cost effective and timely manner.
You will be continually thinking:
o How can I improve the quality of the candidates?
o How can I reduce time to hire?
o How can I reduce cost per hire?
o How can I ensure our performance is effectively measured and those measures are meaningful for the business?

What we are looking for:
The ideal candidate will have experience of recruiting within a Call Centre environment at all levels up to and including centre management....
You will have significant operational resourcing experience and have good experience of managing all aspects of the recruitment process. Ideally you will have worked in-house or in an RPO environment, or want to move away from the sales focus within an agency. What you will have is a strong consultative approach utilising creativity and energy and know that the customer comes first.
