The apartment is ideal for self catering, serviced, corporate let or holiday let. All bills are included. A great alternative to hotels.

The fully furnished apartment can accommodate up to 6 persons and includes washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, kitchenware, 32" HD TV with Freeview and DVD, sofa bed, sofa, dining table and 4 chairs, coffee table, hair dryer, clock/radio, iron and board.

In the two bedrooms there is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table & lamp. Bedding and towels will be provided and there is a welcome pack for weekly stays (details available).

It is ideal for larger groups (up to 6 guests) who may be seeing a concert at the MEN Arena or Man Utd. Also, family groups or guests on business.

The accommodation is suitable for those working in Theatre (Opera House, Palce, Royal Exchange & Lowry) or Manchester University.
