re modded 2 years ago with new fitted kitchen, bathroom, new double glazing, and new porches front and rear, it has a fully enclosed medium sized garden with 6 foot fence,fully alarmed, it has 2 large double rooms and 1 single sized,good sized kitchen and lounge, downstairs and upstairs toilets, wanting to exchange for a 3 or 4 bedroomed house in trafford area...
This house needs a bit of tlc on the decor in living room and kitchen due to the kiddies grubby hands its all neutral colors so easy job....`
