We are currently recruiting for a highly profitable blue chip FMCG manufacturing group with several sites in the UK.

Based on Shifts and reporting directly to the Engineering Manager the role will be to manager maintenance and engineering function on site including PPM, Projects based work.
In addition to this you will also be involved in the development of the engineering team both professionally and personally.

The ideal candidate will therefore be qualified to a minimum of apprentice level in electrical engineering, with experience in managing and implementing a computerised PPM schedule, developing individuals and working in conjunction with Production whilst remaining hands on as and when required. You will have good experiance withing the FMCG ideally experiance within the Bakery sector and Food.

Longer term opportunities also exist to take on more responsibility in more senior operational and technical positions at this site and others within the group.
