The post-holder will have some responsibility for the shifts they are on. Duties will include, distribution of monies due to young adults, having to work with changes in the rota, and ensuring the accommodation is kept to a high standard. After initial training, duties will include, risk assessing, care planning, liasing with family and other third parties, liasing with professionals, and attending professional meetings. Ideally the post-holder will be experienced within this or a similar field, and be qualified to a minimum of the NVQ level 3 Health and Social Care. However we are willing to accept applications from people who do not have the relevant experience but whom have good life experiences and a desire to build themselves a new career.
