I am a fully qualified personal trainer, a gym supervisor and a strength and conditioning. I have a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science and a Level 3 certification with REPS. I have decided to promote some of my products.
This is the 1st 4 weeks of a fat loss programme designed to get the best results in the time you have available.
My fat loss programme offers an unconventional approach to losing weight and contains methods which may be unfamiliar but it includes and is structured around the most efficient training methods for fat loss.
In general, weight loss is simple maths; burn more calories than you consume and you will lose weight! This works with ‘weight loss’ but not necessarily with ‘fat loss’. This is because without the correct type of exercise most of the weight loss comes from muscle wastage, ultimately leaving you unsatisfied with the results.
This is where my fat loss programme steps in!
This four week plan will set you on your way to achieving your fat loss goals and hopefully change you perception of an effective weight loss programme.
